What happens next?
- Within the next 2 business hours, a member of our customer care team will call you to confirm your appointment and schedule you for a day that you are available. Appliance Doctor’s availability is same day/next day, except during busier times of the year.
- On the morning of your schedule date, the technician assigned to your ticket will call you between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. to confirm your appointment. He will give you a 3 to 4 hour time frame of when he expects to arrive.
Over 90% of the time, we meet our time window, but please keep in mind that due to factors beyond our control, there may be times when our technician arrives outside of the time frame given. If this occurs, we will make every reasonable effort to update you as soon as we are able.
Our technicians average 8-10 service calls each day, including Saturday, and therefore are unable to predict unforeseen events in each home. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
- Please make sure someone over the age of 18 is home for our technician.
- Also, please make sure a decision maker and payment is available at the time of our visit. Sorry, we can not bill you.

- No starter checks under #200
- You must provide state issued identification
- The account must be in your name (no 3rd party checks)
- All Major Credit Cards are accepted, but please remember:
- The credit card must be in your name
- You must provide state issued identification
- The credit card should be present at the time of our visit
